Terms of use

These terms govern your use of the public AutoETL website and the early-access waitlist operated by [LEGAL ENTITY — PENDING] ("we", "us"). They do not govern any paid product, account, or data-processing service — none of those are offered at this stage. By using the site or joining the waitlist you agree to these terms.

What the site is

The AutoETL site is informational. It describes a product under development, including a deterministic demonstration of a weather-data pipeline that runs against fixed, recorded data and never processes any data you supply. Where the site describes capabilities that are not yet available, it labels them as forthcoming. Nothing on the site is a commitment to deliver a specific feature on a specific date.

The waitlist

You may join the waitlist by submitting your email address. Doing so is a request to be contacted about early access; it does not create an account, an order, or any entitlement. We may contact you about early access and closely related product news. You can remove yourself at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting [SUPPORT CONTACT — PENDING]. We may close or change the waitlist at any time.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure, do not submit anyone else's personal data to the waitlist without their permission, and do not submit automated or fraudulent signups.

Intellectual property

The site's content, design, and the AutoETL name and marks are ours or our licensors'. These terms do not grant you any right to use them beyond viewing the site.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the informational site or the waitlist, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy. Joining the waitlist is also subject to the versioned consent text shown on the waitlist form.

Changes and governing law
